I led a team in corporate America for over 20 years. I loved developing, inspiring and leading people. It is not easy but I was totally committed to being the best leader I could be. I was always asking my boss to take classes and attend conferences that would help me be a better leader. I watched the behavior of all my team members when things were good, bad and ugly. There were five behaviors that I realize that bad employees did often. I realized that people who do not want to be responsible, don’t want to work, people who are lazy and people who are liers demonstrate one or more of these five “D’s”.
These people will wreak havoc in the workplace! They are slick and smooth and will have you so confused you forget your purpose and reason for addressing an issue. BE AWARE! If you work with people who demonstrate these behaviors, it’s affecting your business growth and I know it’s driving you crazy.
